We deliver using our own trucks, local couriers, and nationwide couriers supply partners, who will try their best to deliver your goods subject to available delivery slots, and all the usual problems associated with logistics, breakdowns, accidents, etc. We will always try to get your goods delivered as soon as possible where stock is available.
Covid-19 – Please note home deliveries are curbside and couriers will not be permitted to bring goods into your home. Curbside service deliveries will arrive on our own truck or by a third-party courier on a pallet and will be delivered to the nearest accessible location. Our drivers are not insured to manually carry any material into a customer’s house.
Things you must prepare for.
- Deliveries can be on an 18-tonne lorry, therefore if your property has restricted access, please let us know at the time of ordering via the delivery restrictions comments box. This may incur an additional charge.
- Hazards or obstructions e.g., steps, lifts, uneven or gravel paths/driveways may necessitate the delivery being made to an alternative location nearest to the delivery vehicle.
- Take caution when removing all packaging to avoid damages and injury.
- It is important that someone is there when your order is being delivered, you will have received a copy of your order by email and the delivery driver will also leave a copy of a delivery docket. This will need to be confirmed that the order has arrived correctly and in good condition. Someone will have to virtually sign that the order has been received.
Yes, we deliver across all of Ireland, including Northern Ireland. There is a flat delivery cost of €69.99 for delivery anywhere in Ireland. Due to the nature of tiles and wood flooring, these boxes can only be shipped on a pallet, so even one box will be charged at the flat delivery rate.
You can of course order through our click and collect service at any of our branches.
Deliveries normally take 2/3 working days, but can be longer, and we will be in touch with you once we have received your order.
Sometimes stocks are in transit from our supply partners, most of whom are based in Spain, and these deliveries can be delayed by bad weather and other factors.

You can place your order, pay and reserve the stock on our online shop. We will be in touch with you to confirm when you can collect once we have received your order and checked on the stock availability within the specific branch.
Collections can in some cases be made the next day, but in most cases, delivery will take between 3 and 5 working days.

No problem, the easiest way is to place your order online, using the Click & Collect option. We will make sure it is the same batch and shade as you were originally supplied with, or if that shade is no longer available, provide you with one that matches the closest.
If you receive damaged or incorrect tiles you will need to inform us as soon as possible. If you purchased through the click and collect option through one of our branches, then contact the branch to start the process.
Sometimes it is not possible to see if something is damaged until the box is opened, and we suggest to our customers that they take a photograph or a short video of the box and product, highlighting the damage.
We will then check with the original delivery process and review our CCTV through the supply chain to identify where the damage may have occurred. We will then go through the process of how to return the items, in most cases the easiest way is to return the items to your nearest branch, and we can then review and agree on what refund or replacement is required.
Customers can also return the items directly to our head office, this will need to be organised by the customer, and only items that have been agreed upon between the customer and TileWarehouse will be accepted.
Any items with your order which have been agreed as being faulty, defective or not fit for purpose will be either replaced or refunded.
The first step of the process is like damages, please take photographs and or a short video and email to us. We will then follow up quickly to solve the issues.
